UNPACKING MY DEAREST INVADERS

2016
Wood, plywood, chicken wire, door hinges, wheels, corrugated bitumen roof.
The matrioska-coops are a rebuild from the memory of my home household, transported everywhere as a protective survival kit. The wild animals were domesticated, the former invaders were transferred to shelters. The right-angled plan of the installation is rooted in the Neolithic Revolution, with the beginning of the construction of rectangular shaped houses.
The increasing-compressing architecture follows the traditional households design from Transylvania. Dan Vezentan
